Do I retain the copyright to all of my imagery?

Absolutely. Our role is ensuring that your image gets on the right desk. No secret Stock Library agendas here, promise.

Do I get a proof?

A digital proof is provided with every order. A physical proof can be sent to you for a fee.

Do I really need to send a card every month?

You may notice the Coke logo everywhere. All the time. Is it because you need reminding that Coke exists? No. That’s not the point. They have used constant visibility to etch a subconscious niche in your brain. Repetition is one of the major keys to marketing, and to your success.

When is my image due?

All image production takes place starting at 12AM on the 11th of every month. To ensure success, uploads are accepted until 5:00pm on the 10th of every month.

Can I make special arrangements if my image isn’t going to be in on time?

If you do not upload your image in time, and have not pre-set available images for this purpose, no postcard will go out that month. You will still be charged for that month, as we cannot be held responsible for failure to provide images.

Can I change out an image I have queued up as long as it is before the print date?

So long as we have an image by the 10th of each month by 5:00pm then you're good to go.

Why is don't I have an option for different card sizes?

Our research (yes we researched this!) found the size we are offering (6"X8.5") is the perfect size to achieve the balance of being cost effective while still being large enough to make an impact. Any smaller and you run the risk of your card being lost in transit. Any larger and the cost starts to make mailing cost prohibitive.

Do I get any copies of my promotion?

Our system is set-up to print and deliver your max volume. You order 500 cards - 500 cards are sent to current and potential clients.
